AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or Non-Member registration fee.
- Student Registration fees do not ensure paper publication. Student authors must pay the full registration fees (Member or Non-Member) to cover the cost of publication.
- Each full author registration fee can cover up to 1 paper. If you are an author on more than 1 paper, you will need to purchase an Additional Paper Fee equal to $100.00 USD in the registration platform. Only 2 additional papers can be purchased.
- Accepted papers will be subject to the normal registration requirements of this conference.
- For an accepted paper to be presented, at least one author must be registered, with payment received and correctly processed by October 21, 2024, no exceptions.
- Presentation certificates will be provided to those who have successfully presented their work during IEEE RASSE 2024.
BANK TRANSFERS
Please register directly online through the registration portal if you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable). If you have any trouble doing so, please contact Alexis Wisdom, RASSE 2024 Manager. Bank transfer payments will incur a $25 transaction fee.
Please note:
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if registration payment is received and processed by October 7, 2024. In case no appropriate registration has been received and correctly processed to cover a paper’s publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
Please note that paying by bank transfer is non-refundable and will incur a $25 fee
INVITATION LETTERS
A letter of invitation is provided upon request only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. If you require an invitation letter, please contact Alexis Wisdom via email and indicate if there is any additional information that will need to be listed.
